Sure, we believe in working hard; but we also believe in giving yourself free time to do the things you love and spending time with those closest to you.
What it means: We care about our clients and each other, meeting everyone where they’re at, leading with empathy, and connecting on a personal level.
What it doesn’t mean: That we have transactional, surface level relationships.
Nor that we will become so close with our clients that we share intimate, personal details beyond what's professionally appropriate.
What it means: Follow the instructions, ask for help when needed, and take responsibility for your actions.
What it doesn’t mean: That coaches are free to act outside of the company's standard practices. That we'll abdicate responsibility to others. Nor that everyone has to figure things out on their own.
What it means: We adopt a growth mindset (“I can do this!”), learn from our experiences, and face challenges head-on (while supporting each other).
We hold each other to high standards.
What it doesn’t mean: That we know it all and don't have room to grow.
That we let fear or uncertainty hold us back. That exerting sub-par effort is acceptable.
What it means: We are guided by biblical principles. Of course, no one's perfect (besides Jesus). But we strive to live up to His standard, loving the best that we can.
What it doesn’t mean: That we have a holier-than-you attitude (quite the opposite!). Nor that we judge those that don't believe as we do, or treat them poorly.
